As you can imagine, I'm super frustrated. This isn't my 1st rodeo - I've had nearly every nv model ever made including the TNT - because the red team had crap drivers back in the day. Overall, this install is more stable that the others : Win 8. So, I didn't go thru the process of manually installing the usual Intel drivers with this one.
I didn't install the ME control app as I don't think it's needed. I'm just throwing this out there hoping somebody has an idea of what could be 'wrong'.
I don't think my issue is power related or a bad card. And yes, I've done the overnight extended memory test. So I ask, is this issue related to another driver on the system? Oh, and nothing on this box is overclocked. If anyone has any ideas, I'll be glad to post system details if it will help.
I know the majority of systems obviously aren't frequently crashing No matter what I've tried regarding dump settings, this particular crash will NOT produce a dump file on 10 or 8.
And yes, this mb has two onboard Intel nics and that sorry Wireless AC although I only use a wired connection. Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, ti sc. Fog,smoke flickering in Battlefield 1. No overclock. MSI Afterburner for stats. If you're experiencing flicker and crap why is it so hard for people to think about just rolling your driver back to the previous one??
I update my drivers maybe three times a year and I don't experience any issues on any games?? Also common sense to keep a backup of the current driver. Heck check your Nvidia driver folder you'll find a copy of each driver you download every time.
I've also read and seen on youtube vids about Nvidia doing what Apple did to consumers with their cellphones. Redeemer21 said: I've also read and seen on youtube vids about Nvidia doing what Apple did to consumers with their cellphones.
Youtube also has videos of 'Bigfoot' - and just like those, they're clickbait. The allegation you mention has been proven false already Can you replicate the results? Neither your post nor this reply are helping to solve the issue which is a significant instability for a possibly small percentage of systems Those of us that bought Turing don't have an option to roll back because they're only supported on and higher drivers. I just had another hang whilst playing Titanfall 2, upon checking event viewer, it's once again "nvlddmkm" Event Had no BSOD when it hang.
GodVictor said: The latest drive from nvidia is giving the GTX problem that the whole desktop is very lag and not the mouse to use right, I installed drive Upon updating my GPU driver to The mouse and keyboard will lag during that 15 to 20 seconds. On a rare occasion this will lock up explorer. I thought I would mention this bug here for the record but realize the following: My GPUs are really old and see my signature for a spec The drivers may be too new for my old GPUs.
This software may be discontinued in favor of Precision X1 I have submitted more details via the Nvidia Feedback form. Please let me know if I can provide anything further.
Thank you. Also switching ports for the monitors at the graphics card does not affect the symptom. All drivers compatible with the RTX Ti All drivers i have tried from to triggers it EDIT: seems it's hardware acceleration that triggers it when playing these 3 games Manuel, this driver set is very unstable with SLI in FFXIV:Stormblood, I had seen a few reports here and there but last night a friend who had switched from a Vega build to her ti SLI build was getting client errors quite frequently, she has returned to To be fair, a client update also landed last night and she doesn't often use her nvidia cards.
And this people, is why you continue digging even after you think you have a bug. Turned out to be something with the client data files. How do I update the drivers without having to download over half a GB or some app that I disabled from day 1 when it caused my PC to reboot in the middle of the Boss Room of an MMO dungeon, causing the entire party to wipe? The GeForce Experience is inside at download driver. You can install only the driver during the installation set up. This driver and the hotfix Everything become corrupted, a blurry mess of vertical lines.
It's rare but it happens. My gpu is a Strix, Windows 10 First time I see this strange problem, I can't remember this happening with Skryabin said: This driver and the hotfix That is a bug in Windows Hardcore Games said: That is a bug in Windows 10 source? System specs in the sig. You can install only the driver during the installation set up Yes, I know. I do not want to download it and then not install it, I want a smaller download of just the driver updates. Am I really expected to download GB every 2 weeks just to get the drivers?
Why should I have to download a bundle that includes GeForce Experience every time? All I want are the drivers. With HDR enabled, the older and new drivers, it can change the colour of the text in the game to blue or black "Titanfall 2". You know you sound like a fanboy, i currently have a ti did love nvidia products until their silly pricing policies and will not purchase anything nvidia again until they get their act together, off topic i know, but do you know nvidias history? Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver.
